Scooter's Jungle of Valencia

Hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday at Scooter’s Jungle. Friends, family, and I had a great time. Positive things about the place is that it is clean, organized, staff was friendly and accommodating, and best part is that it is private for your own guests. The large slide was so fun for both kids and adults. Good thing is there is something offered for all ages to do. Only critique I would say is that it took a little bit long for refills on drinks and serving cake. Maybe could have had two servers. I also wish there was more time for play and food. Parties are 2.5hrs long with 45 mins of eating. I just wish we had more time because it was all so fun. Would recommend this place for birthday parties!

We had a fun time with the activities offered, the young staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. I am a little disappointed with the food. The pizza was cold because the room where they sit the guests is supper cold, the pasta salad noodles were hard with vegetables that appeared to have been cooked from the day before. The çaesar salad was good, but it was not enough for the people in the party.

Unprofessional beyond imagination. Employees accused us for the overcharged do to an error on our part for not knowing how many people attended my nieces party. When employees were confronted regarding it, they provided excuse after excuses on why we were not overcharged even though we provided proof on how many guest were at the party (picture of our guest who attended, list of names, count of our guest, going over the wavers and pointed out whose name were not in the list, etc). Although providing all this, they kept with their story saying they have video and it was our mistake. When requesting to see the video, as I was on my way to their establishment to view the video in person, they changed their story saying we don't have access to their video and that they have yet to review the footage. I highly recommend any future patrons to avoid this location to save yourself headache, money and time.

Great little place to bring the little ones. Best thing is how fresh it is inside. Only downfall is that they won't allow you to even bring water inside, which is a bit ridiculous and they have nothing but a few benches against a wall for parents to sit on. So, if you're a parent be prepared not to have much space to sit at. Just saying.

We celebrated my son's 2nd birthday here last December so this review relates to private parties and is long overdue. I will update later when I visit during open play hours. The booking process is great. They are very helpful with tours and providing all information to make things the most cost-effective and hassle free experience. I would've given a 5 star review if everything else was just as amazing. During our play time, the team member assigned to us just sat there in a corner. He was supposed to lead the kids with some games but he never initiated anything. The only time we heard him speak was when he was listing out the rules before play time and when he said that play time was over. The team member in charge of the eating time actually interacted with us much more than he did. Eating time, in general, went very smooth and i was very much pleased with how that end of the party went. However, based on the play time, I paid A LOT and I don't think we got what we paid for.

My toddler, husband and I went in yesterday to their open “all ages” time slot. This was our first time there so we had no idea what to expect. We were greeted by a very friendly young man. We signed our waiver and went and paid the $21 dollars for the hour and a half session. Then walked over to the designated play area that was open. After being there all of 5 mins, we quickly realized this session wasn’t for “all ages.” We have a 14 month old who almost got trampled on in I guess what is supposedly the “toddler” area but all ages can go in the area. We quickly realized this was not what we expected and decided to leave. On our way out I explained to the gentleman that this wasn’t going to work today and we’d have to come back. (which we don’t plan to do after this experience) Moving forward, the employees should let parents with little ones who have never been there before look at the “all ages” space before paying to see if it works with their child. We were about to make it out of the door when the friendly gentleman asked us to wait for a second. He clearly was trying to see if we could get a voucher or do something kind for us since we literally just walked in and then had to walk out due to safety concerns for my little one. He went to talk to a girl in the snacks check out area who had a big attitude with him and she clearly didn’t care about her job. She looked miserable. He came back to us and said there was nothing he could do in a very polite fashion and that was the end of it. To the owners, if you are going to list open times on your website that say for “all ages” you better have a safe place for those under 3. The little cubicle in the main area with two play kitchens, 2 toy cars, a push toy and bigger kids running all around in it isn’t it. I could see how this place could be fun for big kids (although to me, it seemed dirty and dark) but not little ones unless you go to a designated toddler time they apparently have although I have yet to see a date pop up. We took a chance checking this place out and boy was the whole experience a disappointment. We will be going to other play places recommended in the SCV mom group that actually care about their customers experience and not a quick buck. But at least the gentleman was super kind to us. If I were him, I’d get a job somewhere else that appreciates his kindness and isn’t going to have other employees be rude to him in front of guests or not. He should be running this place.
